Refund policy

Purchases may be returned within 14 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

If we have not received a request for a return within the 14 days from when you received your purchase then unfortunately we can not offer you a credit or exchange. Please do not send back any products without contacting us beforehand. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return requests with the details of your return can be emailed to info@supply31.com.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (vintage or pre-owned) and unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (new, unused item). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include your name and order number in the parcel. Once your return has been accepted we will send you the address to ship your items back to.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For pre-owned or vintage items, this policy only qualifies if the item is damaged in shipment or if there is a gross error in the description of the condition of the item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or e-gift cards.
